Bonded is searching for the right team member to complete our Preconstruction Services Team! The right person is self-motivated, you could describe them as "hungry", motivated to help our customers feel at ease. This position promotes and sells Bonded Lightning Protection Systems and ALT products; Analyzes blueprints, existing structures, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost and labor estimates for products, projects or services; Focuses on building customer partnerships and educating others on lightning protection.
Requirements:
Must be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen and MVR. Possess excellent communication skills (oral and written). Experience reading blueprints. Experience in electronic plan software; internet software; project management software preferred, experience in Bluebeam software a plus. Strong background in estimating and sales is preferred. Associates degree with two plus years related experience preferred / or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Description:
Bonded has immediate openings for Lightning Protection Installation Apprentice/Technician in multiple locations. This position consists of apprenticeship training to become a lightning protection field installation technician. Training will include: developing knowledge of the nationally recognized standards governing the lightning protection industry, basic training in reading blue prints and installation drawings, and hands on installation training in the field. This apprenticeship program is designed to allow you to develop the skills and knowledge for a stable career in the lightning protection field.
Requirements:
You must feel comfortable working on ladders, lifts, high rise and pitched roofs to qualify for this position. A current, valid driver's license is required. Must be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen and have a clear MVR. Must be willing to learn and comply with mandatory safety requirements. Experience in general construction. Experience in machine operation and blueprint reading is preferred. Ability to read and write in English.

The position is responsbile for receiving, storing, and distributing material, tools, equipment, and products within the ALT Warehouse; verifying and keeping records on incoming and outgoing shipments; as well as preparing items for shipments and will call orders. Responsibilities also include driving company vehicle to deliver materials to customers or to obtain materials from multiple company locations.
Requirements:

Three years experience in a warehouse enviornment with, preferably, 2-3 years experience operating a forklift. Ability to lift heavy material (up to 80lbs). Basic computer skills. Description:
ALT is seeking a creative person ready to put their design skill to good use. This position uses SolidWorks (3D Design Software) to design parts per external engineering specifications, as well as internal requests; comprises manufactruing drawings from the 3D drwaing for production use; sets up new parts within ERP software; and evaluates current product lines for improvemetns and/or additions. This person will interact with customers during design and estimates phase of customer production, which includes using a company vehicle to make site visits, and inspects quality of work on scusotmer projects to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Pass a criminal background check and drug screen. Must possess a valid Driver's Licsense and clear MVR. Experience in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word & Excel), one to two years experience using AutoCAD and Solid Works design software preferred. Must possess excellent communication skills (oral and written), ability to multi-task, and be detail oriented. Bachelor's degree with two plus years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Description:
ALT is looking for a detail-oriented, production-focused, multi-tasker to perform 90% MiG welding with .060" flux core wire and 75/25 gas mix. This position is responsible for fitting and welding of steel, aluminum and stainless steel components using a MIG and/or TIG process, maintaining Welding Procedure Spefications, operating machinery used in production process or assisting machine operators, commitment to safety, preparing product for shipment and manually lifting raw materials, final products, etc. (up to 60 pounds) or using hoist.
Requirements:
Pass a criminal background check and drug screen. Pass an in-house 1G weld test per AWS standards. One to two years welding experience. One to two years experience working in the manufacturing and distribution industry. High School diploma or GED. Ability to read blueprints is a plus.
