Steven brings his knowledge of Division Manager and Installer to his current position of Sales/Estimating.     Matt has approximately 10 years lightning protection and construction experience. As the Alabama division manager, Matt has a successful record overseeing all phases of lightning protection and grounding projects including government, private-sector clients and residential. His experience includes managing crews, change orders, site safety, and jobsite meetings, while ensuring the installations comply with current standards. His past experience as Installer, Project Manager, Division Manager has provided an exceptionally strong foundation of lightning protection and grounding knowledge for his current position of Sales/Estimating.     Scott holds the Lightning Protection Institute (LPI) Master Installer certification and has earned this with over 20 years of lightning protection and grounding experience and rigorous testing. Scott manages each project throughout the entire process including: pre-construction meeting, material requisition, scheduling, manpower management, installation and project close-out. Scott’s knowledge of lightning protection standards and his successful ability to complete fast track grounding and design build projects has made him an asset in Division Management in the lightning protection industry. With his faith, UNT construction engineering degree, and vast experience David upholds a logical and systematic approach to organization along with commanding high values and standards within the entire company. He provides leadership to position the company at the forefront of the industry, developing specific plans to advance the company's leadership and objectives. David develops and closely monitors the strategies for ensuring the long term financial viability of the company while nurturing steady growth. David believes in promoting a culture that reflects the company's values, encourages performance and rewards productivity.

    Renee Landers - Director of Operations

    Renee Landers has approximately 15 years in the lightning protection industry. With over 20 years in management experience and utilizing her business degree, Renee oversees the company's day to day operations. Her successful leadership record ensures the company runs smoothly and effectively by the company core values. Renee is able to manage the company's operations in such a way as to maximize the amount of work completed and minimize the time spent while evaluating revenue margins. Renee's strengths include maintaining work productivity and implementing goals for company efficiency and growth, along with preserving guidelines for personnel evaluations, hiring and job growth. She is careful to observe the company's progress in order to ensure that the guidelines set up are working for the benefit of the company, employees and customers.

    Heath Howe is a certified presenter for the Lightning Safety Alliance (LSA) and offers LSA continuing education programs to Architects and Engineers. Heath serves as the President of the United Lightning Protection Association which promotes safety and education of lightning. He has been in the lightning protection industry for approximately 20 years and is responsible for developing and maintaining productive relationships with both new and existing clients. Being a forward planner, Heath is a very motivated team player who consistently aims to push expectations and exceed customer goals. While possessing superb communication skills, Heath can build a relationship easily while determining customer's needs and providing viable solutions.

    Julia Johnson - Controller

    Julia Johnson has over 15 years experience utilizing her TWU Masters degree in accounting and is a trusted advisor to the owners. She meticulously maintains a documented system of accounting policies and procedures while directly supervising the accounting department. Julia oversees and coordinates the preparation of monthly financial statements with commentary for management. Julia has proven experience delivering clean financial reviews using strong internal controls. She ensures her reliable, supportive staff has sufficient and current information to prepare and maintain the legal and regulatory requirements for contractor compliance in multiple states.

    Joe Gomez holds the Lightning Protection Institute (LPI) Master Installer certification and has earned this with approximately 12 years of lightning protection and grounding experience and rigorous testing. With 20 years of management experience, Joe currently leads the southern Bonded division management team overseeing planning, production, and installation. He educates and supports division managers in areas of personnel, materials, facilities, equipment, employment, installations, company policy and all other operation matters.     Scott Necaise holds the Lightning Protection Institute (LPI) Master Installer/Designer certification and has earned this with approximately 20 years of lightning protection and grounding experience and rigorous testing. He successfully managed our Houston division for over 5 years before transitioning to the corporate office. Scott's extensive knowledge in the industry has provided an invaluable skill set to manage the bid/estimating and design departments. Scott successfully leads his department in a professional, team like manner to get the job done while promoting and creating an environment of independent thinking. Scott ensures the preparation, progress and completion of all estimate proposals. Once a contract is awarded, Scott manages the development of a detailed submittal layout through the approval process for each project.

    Beth Weddle - Marketing Manager

    Beth (Riley) Weddle represents approximately 15 years of customer service experience. Her marketing education from Tarleton State University, promotions background, and keen communication skills successfully contribute to her ability to lead the Marketing Department. Beth has extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. She has a thorough understanding of branding principles and tactics through multimedia. Her flexibility to change priorities and manage multiple tasks allows her to work with all departments within the company. Beth is passionate to understand and exceed customers’ expectations, maintaining customer service as the top priority throughout Bonded.     Stephen has over 10 years of experience in the construction industry, degree in Emergency Administration and Planning along with a background in the United States Army and Texas Army National Guard. He is responsible for coordinating and overseeing all phases of Safety for Bonded; including education, training, jobsite analysis, and emergency response. He has had extensive training through education and jobsite construction. Backed by strong credentials and Bonded’s Core Values, Stephen has implemented procedures bringing Bonded’s safety rating to a record low.

    Charles Lee holds the Lightning Protection Institute (LPI) Master Installer certification and has earned this with over 30 years of lightning protection and grounding experience and rigorous testing. He successfully managed our Dallas/Fort Worth divisions for over 20 years before transitioning to the corporate trainer. Charlie trains the company's management team, installers, designers, and estimators with the ability to adapt to all levels of skill sets. Charlie's knowledge of lightning protection standards and construction experience has afforded him the ability to develop training manuals, testing and training programs for the entire lightning protection industry. As an industry expert, Charlie informs the staff with updated, recent industry information and research. He provides results oriented instruction in business and academic environments using knowledge of “best practices” to enhance teaching and learning.

    Amanda Jones - Inside Sales

    Amanda Jones has approximately 25 years in the lightning protection industry. She holds an UNT business degree and has a passion for customer service and sales. Utilizing outstanding training and development skills to support company initiatives, Amanda has successfully trained numerous employees within the company. Her professionalism and direct approach to completing a project is shown through to customers and employees.
