Lightning Protection Installer

Designer

Argyle, TX

Bonded is searching for a new team member to enhance our Design Team! The right person is enjoys being a part of the team and a fast-paced work environment, detail-oriented and creative in solutions. This position focuses on developing designs and details for lightning protection and grounding system installation. If this interests you, call us today.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with Team Bonded to furnish customers and field with complete design package
  • Analyze blueprints, existing structures, specifications, and other documentation to formulate design plan(s) and final design product(s)
  • Draft structural elements from drawings in specific design programs
  • Modify and create structure/product details based on project needs
  • Training and knowledge of Company products, procedures, and lightning protection industry standards; NFPA 780, UL 96A, LPI 175

Requirements:

  • Pass a criminal background check, drug screen, and MVR
  • Maintain drug free culture
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Associates degree with 2+ years related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Ability to work within a fast paced environment with large quantities of projects
  • Knowledge/experience in Revit, AutoCAD, and/or Bluebeam software is beneficial

Project Coordinator

Argyle, TX

Bonded has an opening for a Project Coordinator to facilitate the coordination of the construction phases of lightning protection and grounding system projects. This position partners with Division Managers to ensure another job well done for our customers. If this interests you, call us today.

Responsibilities include:

  • Internal support for Division Managers, Journeymen, and installation crews for multiple divisions
  • External support and customer service to contractors through direct coorespondence
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of lightning protection standards
  • Develop and facilitate action plan for new project scope of work
  • Review contractor invoicing requirements/documents in conjunction with Accounting
  • Coordinates all insurance and safety related requirements for specific jobs
  • Completes certification applications

Requirements:

  • Pass a criminal background check and drug screen
  • Maintain drug free culture
  • Valid driver’s license and clear MVR
  • Fluent in English with ability to read and write
  • Possess excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Ability to multi task
  • Detail oriented
  • Working knowledge or Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel); electronic plan software; internet software; project management software
  • Associates degree preferred with 1-2 years related experience and/or equivalent administrative experience in the construction industry
