Lightning Protection Installer

Estimator

Argyle, TX

Responsibilities:

This position performs estimate takeoffs on commercial, residential, industrial and government structures for lightning protection and grounding systems; develop a concept design for estimating lightning protection and grounding systems; researches project scope of work, specifications, layouts and plans, and other bid documents to aid in conceptual design development; prepares written proposal detailing scope of work for customer.

Requirements:

  • Pass a criminal background check and drug screen
  • Maintain drug free culture
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills (oral & written)
  • Experience in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word & Excel), electronic plan software, internet software, and project management software
  • Associates degree preferred with 1 to 2 years related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent administrative experience in construction industry
  • Knowledge of lightning protection standards (UL96A, NFPA780, LPI175) is extremely beneficial

Preconstruction Services / Sales

Round Rock, TX (Austin)

Bonded is searching for the right team member to complete our Preconstruction Services (aka Sales) Team! Responsibilities include:

This position focuses on building customer partnerships and educating others on lightning protection to actively promote and sell Bonded services and products.

  • Perform regular visits to new and existing customers
  • Attend customer relations and networking events as a Bonded representative during regular work and non-work hours
  • Review and/or prepare proposals for customers
  • Collaborate within Team Bonded to furnish the customer with a complete estimate package
  • Perform and prepare service inspections and repair/upgrade estimates
  • Analyze blueprints, existing structures, specifications, and other documentation to formulate scope of work on estimates
  • Present continuing education programs (i.e. lunch and learns) on the importance of lighting protection and lightning safety awareness

Requirements:

  • Pass a criminal background check, drug screen, and MVR
  • Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
  • Experience reading blueprints
  • Experience in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word & Excel), electronic plan software, internet software, and project management software
  • Strong background in estimating and sales preferred
  • Associates degree with 2+ years related experience and / or training preferred / or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Knowledge/experience in Bluebeam software is beneficial

Safety Supervisor

Argyle, TX

Bonded has an immediate opening for a Safety Supervisor to lead the Bonded/ALT Safety Program.  This position partners with our management team to advise and assist in the development and implementation of our safety program ensuring alignment with our company culture and objective: for every employee to go home safe!

 

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Monitor, record, teach and support Bonded & ALT in all areas of safety
  • Train new team members/current personnel on company safety policies, inspections, and job-site analysis
  • Perform inspections on equipment, warehouse/office areas, job-sites in an industrial/construction setting to ensure compliance of occupational health and safety regulations
  • Pursue education and knowledge of OSHA regulations, and best safety practices to continuously improve company safety program.
  • Travel to company offices

Requirements

  • Pass a criminal background check and drug screen
  • Valid Driver’s license and clear MVR
  • Drug free and clear driving record at all times
  • OSHA 30 / CPR and First Aid (Trainer is a plus)
  • Certifications: Forklift, Excavation and Aerial Lift (Trainer is a plus)
  • Knowledge of DOT requirements, OSHA Regulations 29 CFR 1926 for Construction & 1910 for General Industry
  • General job-site safety requirements (JSA, Site specific plans, Fall plans etc.)
  • Experience in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word & Excel, Power Point)
  • 2+ years in a Safety Coordinator/Manager role and/or Associates degree in Health & Safety
